In China, the number of infected people has increased, and outbreaks have occurred in many countries. On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization announced that the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was listed as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). At this point, the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) disease is a battle in China and a global battle.
Sekbio paid close attention to the progression of SARS-CoV-2. Once obtaining the virus gene sequence information, we quickly developed and produced SARS-CoV-2-related products.
IgG / IgM / IgA test materials
IgG/IgM / IgA test materials are significant for human igm purification. NP protein is expressed in prokaryotic cells, NP protein is expressed in eukaryotic cells, spike RBD protein is expressed in eukaryotic cells, spike S1 protein is expressed in eukaryotic cells, IgG, IgA, and IgM monoclonal antibodies required for NP antibody detection, and RBD/spike antibody detection.
Antigen detection
Sekbio provides multiple antibody pairs to detect new crown NP protein, which can be used in luminescence and chromatography. The luminescence sensitivity was ten pg/ml (verified by NPprotein expressed in eukaryotic cells), and chromatography's sensitivity of chromatography was20 pg/ml.
Neutralizing antibody detection
Sekbio provides a variety of tags and mutated ACE2, which can bind to RBD protein or S1 Protein and can be used to develop neutralizing antibody detection assays on luminescent platforms or chromatography platforms.
