The Sekbio IL-6 Monoclonal Antibody Pair consists of two matched anti-human IL-6 mouse monoclonal antibodies (clones 1M and 4M) validated as a sandwich capture/detection pair across lateral flow assay (LFA), chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA), and ELISA platforms. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is the central cytokine in the acute-phase inflammatory response — a key marker for sepsis severity, cytokine release syndrome (CRS), and COVID-19 progression monitoring.
